**Who are we?**

We focus on full-time contracts (remote or onsite), typically between 1-12 months. We help our talent upskill so they have better chances of landing their dream projects and charge fair rates. **Project Overview**

**Key Activities**:

- **Risk Governance Analysis**: Lead the work stream focusing on improving risk governance frameworks, identifying root causes of issues, and proposing actionable solutions.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with senior client stakeholders to gather insights, present findings, and facilitate discussions on risk management improvements.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage a team of junior consultants, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration across the work stream.
- **Project Delivery**: Work closely with the overall project manager to ensure timely delivery of the work stream, aligning with project goals and client expectations.

**Your Background**:

- **Risk Governance Expertise**: Experience in risk governance, ideally with exposure to global markets or CIB.
- **First/Second Line Risk Experience**: Knowledge and experience in first or second line risk roles to inform the risk governance work, particularly within global markets or CIB contexts.
- **Root Cause Analysis**: Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis exercises in complex, regulated environments.
- **Team Management**: Proven experience managing teams, particularly in overseeing junior consultants within structured work streams.
- **Consulting Experience**: Prior experience, preferably 5-10 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm, with the ability to drive technical pieces of work to completion.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Ability to engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders within the client organisation.
