GRC Service Now Senior Business Analyst

**Project Information**
The resource will work on the Enterprise Governance, Risk and Assurance Program (EGA) for TfNSW.

EGA Program will deliver an integrated governance and assurance technology platform that will support TfNSW to make good decisions, build capability, drive performance, and manage risk. This means we are looking for a Senior GRC Service Now Business Analyst / consultant that will assist us to define and develop our requirements and design to deploy across the organisation.

**The resource we are looking for**:

- Enjoys working collaboratively and develops long-term productive working relationships with key stakeholders
- Can inform, advise and influence stakeholders with data or other intelligence
- Can work with key stakeholders to build out strategies and options from limited information

Required Skills and Experience

SNOW and SMA experience
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow IRM, GRC and platform capabilities
- ServiceNow IRM and GRC consultation and hands-on implementation experience
- Working knowledge in one or more of the following disciplines: operational risk management, enterprise risk management, audit management, corporate compliance and policy management
- Certification in 'CIS - Risk and Compliance' would be valuable but not mandatory.

**Communication and engagement**:

- Experience working (influencing & negotiating) with a diverse set of stakeholders (of varying seniority) including: Executive Directors, Directors, Product teams, Delivery teams, Service Partners and Testing teams
- Able to deal with and manage conflict with different stakeholders, escalating to the program manager where appropriate
- Experience working in a team of product and business analysts, specifically sharing knowledge and work to improve efficiency and avoid duplication
- Experience working in a large government or corporate enterprise environment
- Strong communication skills, including ability to present complex and technical information in clear and concise way and in plain English

**Structured thinking and analytical skills**:

- IT Process Re-engineering Experience - "As Is" and "To Be"; assess and redesign to eliminate efficiencies and/or improve controls and/or improve efficiency/effectiveness
- Able to successfully prioritise, manage and deliver upon multiple streams of work
- Experience in collecting, collating and analysing data from diverse sources
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira & Confluence and MS products including Excel & PowerPoint
- Be self-directed and independent

**Project management experience**:

- Experience delivering Service Now Solutions including GRC as part of a project-based activity for large clients
- Experience working in large enterprise, SaFE/Agile delivery frameworks in a product and or delivery team
- Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (e.g. Business analysis plan, business requirements, functional requirements, requirements traceability matrix; Agile ceremonies, disciplines and procedures)
