At the forefront of technology innovation, this exceptional opportunity awaits a seasoned professional to join our award-winning Software Asset Management team. As a key contributor, you will work collaboratively across managed and professional services to deliver high-quality services to customers.

This is an outstanding chance to leverage your expertise in Software Asset Management or Licensing, developed over 3+ years, to support the delivery of the Software Asset Management (SAM) service for a large Federal Government account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Function as the SAM Subject Matter Expert for the account
  • Ensure effective and smooth delivery of our SAM services
  • Contribute to achieving contract outcomes
  • Develop and implement SAM plans, processes, and procedures incorporating good practice methodologies and accurate documentation
What We're Looking For
  • A proactive, independent, enthusiastic individual interested in delivering high-quality services
  • Experience with SAM technologies, including Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite, Snow License Manager, or Service Now SAM Pro
  • ITSM tools knowledge, such as Cherwell, Service Now, and Jira ITSM
  • Ability to interpret data outputs from SAM technologies and other tools to provide accurate and timely reporting
