About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Freelancing. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and educating patients with muscle, nerve, or other physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Perform thorough evaluations and assessments of patient physical function, pain, and mobility to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on patient goals and needs, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, exercise, electrotherapy, and ultrasound.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and ethical standards.
  • Collaboration and Education: Collaborate with other healthcare providers and team members to provide education and instruction to patients and their families about home exercises, self-care, and prevention strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Certifications: CPR and BLS certification.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient setting.
  • Skills: Excellent clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and mobilizing patients.
