Relationship Director

We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Director to join our Commercial Banking team in Melbourne CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of large business connections with lending and focus on winning new-to-bank customers.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of a high profile Emerging Corporate portfolio and drive growth through your own and bank-developed marketing initiatives.
- Immerse yourself in a fast-paced Commercial Banking team and work collaboratively with specialists across the bank.
- Maintain a quality referral network and ensure our existing customer's needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements- Significant experience in commercial lending and complex deal structuring.
- A strong commercial lending background and experience in writing, analysing, and structuring credit transactions for complex business and commercial customers.
- A natural people-person with an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new-to-bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources.
