About the RoleThe Marketplace Director will oversee the direction, workflow, and quality of Implementation Planning and Buying for our client team. This role requires a strong understanding of the media landscape, including traditional and online media types, as well as experience leading a team and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Implementation Planning and Buying team to deliver high-quality results for clients
- Develop and implement effective media strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns
- Proven experience in Implementation Planning and Buying, with a strong understanding of the media landscape
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
