About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Protection Case Manager to join our Family Preservation program in Armidale. As a key member of our team, you will work with at-risk families to identify and address child protection concerns, providing intensive home visiting and case planning to empower families to make lasting change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments of family strengths and needs
  • Develop and implement case plans that build on family resilience
  • Provide intensive home visiting and support
  • Collaborate with other services to ensure comprehensive support for families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Relevant industry experience and/or tertiary qualification in Social Work, Welfare, or Psychology
  • Ability to work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families
  • High level written and verbal communication skills
  • Current driver's license
