The ideal candidate will have a patient and professional demeanor, with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

This is a casual role starting at approximately 18-25 hours per week, with opportunities to increase hours over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance to clients over the phone and in person
  • Supporting clinicians and clients with appointment scheduling
  • Greeting clients and orienting new clients to the practice
  • Managing incoming requests and tasks from clinicians to support them administratively
