We are seeking a skilled Client Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Identify areas where we can improve our services and implement changes accordingly.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our competitors and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry into our CRM system.
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM and basic computer skills.
  • Familiarity with the NDIS system and allied health services.

This is a part-time role involving 5-10 hours of work per week from home, focusing on calling referral partners and contacts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Solution Development: Work with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
