Our Supply Chain team plays a vital role in bridging the gap between suppliers, distribution centres, and stores, working with thousands of trusted businesses daily.

As a key member of our Quality Management team at Edinburgh Park DC, you will be responsible for maintaining the supply of great quality food from our suppliers to our stores. Your role will involve maintaining tools and equipment, managing quality inspections for fresh produce and chilled deliveries, and ensuring the highest quality products are despatched from our DC to our stores.

Other essential responsibilities include:

  • Recording and communicating inspection outcomes to the Coles Quality and Commercial teams
  • Ensuring timely completion of quality inspections and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with the team to identify challenges and risks, and implementing proactive solutions

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional with experience working in a cold, fast-paced environment, excellent priority, time management, and communication skills. A proactive approach and ability to work quickly are essential for this role. If you have a strong understanding of quality standards and product specifications, and are able to learn quickly how to use a range of tools/equipment or systems for quality testing, we encourage you to apply.
