Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Inspector with Coles Group, you will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards and product specifications. With training provided, you will develop a strong understanding of quality protocols and manage the timely completion of quality inspections for fresh produce and chilled deliveries from our suppliers.
About Your Responsibilities
- You will record and communicate inspection outcomes to the Coles Quality and Commercial teams, ensuring accurate information is shared.
- With a proactive approach, you will identify challenges and risks, working closely with your team to resolve them efficiently.
- You will be responsible for maintaining tools and equipment, as well as collaborating with colleagues to achieve high-quality results.

- You have experience working in fast-paced environments, with excellent priority, time management, and communication skills.
- A strong ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential, with a focus on achieving results under pressure.
- You are flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
