Senior Quality Assurance Professional

Ventia, a leading infrastructure services company in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering hybrid and flexible working arrangements, with a competitive remuneration package and employee benefits.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for auditing contract work orders, generating performance and data reports, archiving service records, and implementing Data Quality procedures. They will also be required to ensure that contract staff and subcontractors are fulfilling their obligations under Ventia policy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Auditing contract work orders to ensure they meet Ventia standards
- Generating performance and data reports to inform business decisions
- Archiving and cataloguing service records in the shared library
- Implementing Data Quality procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of CMMS data
This role requires strong quality assurance and auditing experience, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be technologically savvy, proficient in Microsoft Suite, and able to work effectively under pressure.
