Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the bidding team in the preparation of tenders and proposals.

This role requires a busy and fast-paced individual who can prioritize requests to ensure all tasks are completed by their deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling content for bids, proposals, submissions, presentations, and source materials.
  • Contribute case studies, CVs, baseline content, and creative elements to the Knowledge Management platform.
  • Prepare fee proposals, submissions, and tenders, ensuring timely completion of required documentation.
  • Assist in planning, preparing, and project managing publications for brand promotion.
  • Set up and maintain corporate CVs, project profiles, photos, and capability statements.
  • Ensure statements and documents are updated and maintained for tenders and proposals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Drafting, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A mature attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and knowledge of Canva.
  • Ability to multitask, work with stakeholders, and demonstrate initiative.
