About the Role

This pivotal position requires a visionary individual to shape the creative direction of our Womenswear Southern Hemisphere collections. As a Senior Forecaster, you'll work closely with the Trend Manager to identify, curate, and communicate the big ideas in trend, colour, fabric, and print.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by immersing yourself in global culture, from runways, retail, and social feeds to scanning signals that anticipate where fashion is headed.
  • Broaden your horizons by researching, analysing, and translating global cultural and digital signals into clear, actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, able to inspire, influence, and rally cross-functional teams. They should also be highly collaborative, thriving in a team environment and enjoying building strong relationships across the business.

The Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A creative vision with the ability to balance future-focused ideas with commercial application.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with strong visual storytelling ability to build compelling decks and narratives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualification or relevant industry experience in fashion, design, or trend forecasting.
  • Proven experience in trend forecasting or design with a strong understanding of the Southern Hemisphere market.
