We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our marketing efforts and drive digital growth. As Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading the e-commerce, social media, visual merchandising, and customer service teams. Your mission is to propel our digital expansion, optimize store experiences, and curate exceptional online customer journeys.

**Job Overview**: Reporting to our directors, you will oversee our Australian and UK operations, ensuring a cohesive brand image across markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the marketing calendar for both Australian online and retail channels, as well as the UK online platform. This includes orchestrating sale promotions, creating creative assets for retail, visual merchandising, and store launches, and coordinating brand and media showcasing events.
- Uphold a consistent brand image at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
- Inspire and guide team members to realize our brand vision and direction.
- Drive PR and social media initiatives to cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, stylists, and social influencers. Secure placements in aligned channels for both Australian and UK markets.
- Coordinate photoshoots, collaborate with model agencies and stylists, and manage photography for content and PR marketing.
- Manage content and marketing strategies for our retail store TV displays and light boxes.
- Report directly to our directors, providing strategic insights and updates.

**Skills and Qualifications**: To succeed in this role, you will require:

- A minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing management roles.
- Proven track record in marketing management within the fashion and retail sectors.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team.
- Deep understanding of the national and international retail and online landscapes from a commercial standpoint.
- Hands-on expertise and knowledge of social media platforms, meta businesses, TikTok, and digital marketing techniques.
