Electrical Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical works on a project, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with drawings, scope of works, company standards and specifications, Australian Standards and to the project schedule.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry and hold their WA electrical licence. They will have well-developed leadership skills, strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills, and a high level of commitment to safety.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all personnel maintain safe systems of work.
- Plan activities in accordance with standards and to minimize inefficiencies.
- Direct and coordinate the workforce for electrical requirements of the contract.
- Understand risk management, quality assurance and control.
- Participate in safety investigations, reporting and discussions.
- Participate in Quality Assurance audits.
- Liaise with client and contractor representatives.
- Monitor relevant site instruction to ensure costs are captured and agreed to.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the heavy construction industry.
- WA electrical licence.
- Well-developed leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
- High level of commitment to safety.
