Job Description

As a Transactional Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the Claims Specialist team to deliver accurate and timely claims (accounts receivable). Your primary goal will be to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. You will also drive process improvement and system enhancements to support efficiency and risk mitigation.


Responsibilities

  • Drive process improvement and system enhancements to support efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Manage escalations and provide technical support to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality customer and workforce experience.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess strong knowledge of transactional processes—ideally from claims or accounts receivable. Experience in the Home Care or NDIS sectors is a plus. For the Senior role, you should be prepared to lead the team, guiding problem-solving and day-to-day work organisation.
