Job Overview:
\We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Loan Services Officer.
\Responsibilities will include attending to financial transactions on our Branch Delivery System, playing a crucial part in a customer's loan life cycle.

\Key qualifications include experience in operations processing and servicing centre practices, with financial transaction experience being highly preferred.
\The successful candidate will also possess sound communication and relationship building skills, as well as be proactive, innovative, and prepared to deliver exceptional customer service.
\Additionally, they should have excellent time management skills, high level of literacy skills, and ability to work within tight timeframes.
