Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Claims Specialist team to deliver accurate and timely claims (accounts receivable).
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Drive process improvement and system enhancements to support efficiency and risk mitigation.
- Manage escalations and provide technical support to stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality customer and workforce experience.
About you
You are a finance professional with a strong knowledge of transactional processes—ideally from claims or accounts receivable. Experience in the Home Care or NDIS sectors is a bonus. For the Senior role, you should be prepared to lead the team, guiding problem-solving and day-to-day work organisation.
