About the Role

As a skilled Draftsman, you will play a pivotal role in our team's success by creating detailed drawings, models, and technical plans for architectural and structural projects.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate and high-quality documentation in collaboration with architects, Structural engineers, and project managers.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and client specifications.
  • Revise and update drawings as required throughout project phases.
  • Conduct site visits as necessary to assist with design coordination and modifications.
Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of working experience within Australia in architectural drafting or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, as it is our primary drafting tool.
  • Proficiency in additional industry-standard tools: AutoCAD.
  • Experience with 3D rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray) is advantageous.
  • Structural drafting skills and the ability to interpret structural documentation are highly preferred.
  • A good understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant industry regulations, especially accessibility.
