About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Industry Principal Architects to join our team in Asia Pacific. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and direction of our Principal Architects and Industry Solutions Specialists across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales management to determine staffing levels and establish job requisitions
  • Organize, train, and equip the Principal Architect team
  • Assess team go-to-market readiness and identify gaps in preparedness
  • Work with the Cloud Sales team and leadership to identify, qualify, and prioritize coverage for business opportunities
  • Participate in opportunity review meetings to provide insight into securing technical wins
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through collaboration with Sales Account, Customer Support, Product Management, Customer Solutions, and Engineering
  • Travel to visit customers throughout the region

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role
  • Experience working in or supporting the Financial Services industry
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as required
  • Preferred qualifications: experience with software lifecycles, building tools, and architecting and developing software for scalable, distributed systems
