Role Overview

This 12-month parental leave cover position involves supporting coverage bankers drive strategic engagement and manage client relationships in the banks and insurance sector.

About The Position

We manage the financial needs of corporate, institutional and government clients in Australia and New Zealand. Our team delivers strategic engagement to domestic and international banks and insurance companies.

The role requires coordinating professional delivery of solutions for customers, managing communication with customers, and supporting development of customer relationships and attending customer meetings as needed.

Key responsibilities include acting as an interface with customers on client service matters, preparing and coordinating pricing approvals and account plans, and overseeing hygiene matters for smooth running of bank and insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate delivery of tailored solutions for clients
  • Manage communication channels with clients
  • Support development of client relationships and attend necessary meetings
  • Interface with clients on client service matters
  • Prepare and coordinate approval processes for pricing and account plans
  • Oversee maintenance of a clean and efficient client portfolio
  • Support strategy development and execution in the sector
  • Engage with key stakeholders including risk, product, business development and customer insights and analytics
