The position of OSHC Lead Coordinator has been created to oversee the daily operations of our Out of School Hours Care program.

As a key member of the service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education to children. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities and programs
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Supervising and leading a team of educators
  • Building positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to manage the administration of the program, including rostering, reporting, and budgeting. To be successful in this role, you will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for providing high-quality care and education.
