Children's Community Program Manager

The ideal candidate for this Outside School Care Program in Brisbane will oversee a program that provides care before and after school hours during the academic term.
The coordinator will ensure inclusivity among children and families, adopt a calm approach to building relationships, and develop programs based on feedback from the children.
Supporting the coordinator will be Patch Educators (Assistant) who will assist in delivering programs, managing enrolments and medical compliance, integrating with the school community, engaging with families, and maintaining our core values.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
- An Employee Working with Children Check
- A Current National Police Check
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, and CPR Certificates
- Previous experience in childcare is highly recommended
