The YMCA Queensland values diversity and inclusivity. We are seeking a full-time Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service at Wavell Heights.

About the Role
  • Develop and deliver quality programs for children, providing engaging and interactive experiences.
  • Manage daily service operations effectively, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Coordinate staffing and rosters efficiently, aligning with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Oversee administration and reporting requirements, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging.
About You
  • You hold a Diploma of Children's Services or relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching, demonstrating your expertise in childcare.
  • You have experience in program planning and a passion for quality childcare, driving innovation and excellence.
  • You possess strong communication and customer service skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • You hold current First Aid & CPR certification, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • You have a current Paid Blue Card, meeting regulatory requirements.
