Children's Program Coordinator

Lead a team of educators and shape a fun, inclusive environment for children in before school, after school, and vacation care.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of daily operations to ensure a safe and enriching environment.
- Leading a dedicated team of educators and inspiring them to bring out their best.
- Developing innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs.
- Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting a sense of belonging.
- Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards for a high level of care and safety.
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Nomination as Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Proficient with childcare management software.
