Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead improvements to the customer experience, ensuring quality service delivery
  • Drive team performance to exceed targets
  • Manage financial performance, meeting revenue targets
  • Build a high-performing workforce through coaching and leadership
  • Work closely with colleagues to use data and insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Strengthen partnerships with local agencies and community stakeholders
  • Ensure the ongoing development of your team to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Ensure compliance and exceed performance benchmarks
  • Champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice
About The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a confident and strategic leader with a passion for delivering high-quality services. They will know how to create a positive customer experience and be driven to exceed targets. With strong commercial acumen, they will understand how to manage budgets while keeping people at the heart of what they do.

Our Requirements Include:
  • Proven experience in Employment Services
  • Strong financial acumen with responsibility for budgets
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team
  • Background in recruitment and talent management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
  • Confident in managing multiple systems and processes
  • Criminal record check (essential)
  • Working with children's check (essential)
  • NDIS Workers screening clearance (essential)
  • Current Driver's License – essential
