We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic team member to join our organization. As a Co-Leader, you will inspire and empower teams to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
About Your Role:
- You will be responsible for assisting a large service with varying needs, including before and after school care, as well as additional administrative hours.
- This role is part-time, offering a minimum of 28-32 hours per week.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operations and provide support to staff members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program quality and student outcomes.
- Foster positive relationships with students, families, and community partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
