Gas Fitter Role

The Gas Fitter is responsible for installing, maintaining and servicing gas equipment at our customer sites. As a key member of our team, you will be required to complete new installations in line with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled LPG installations in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Conduct residential, commercial and industrial installations across the region.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers on gas-related matters.
  • Determine the most suitable method for completing an installation.
  • Prepare and submit required documentation under the permit-to-work system.
  • Review existing installations to ensure compliance with Australian standards and company procedures.
  • Offer quotes and information to clients to ensure installations meet current standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to our Life Saving Rules.
  • Promote our services to customers and build strong relationships to drive business growth.
  • Provide quotations for account managers on new or upgraded installations according to industry codes and standards.

Requirements:
  • You are a trade-qualified Gas Fitter with QLD licensing.
  • You prioritise efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction and safety.
  • While working independently, your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve gas-related issues while remaining calm under pressure is essential.
  • You possess a valid MR Driver's Licence.
