Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • At least one year of full-time experience working in an acute care setting as a Registered Nurse
  • Enrolled in a Diploma of Midwifery University program at UTS or WSU
  • Ability to work part-time, 8-hour shifts on a 7-day rotating roster, totaling FTE 0.84
  • Understanding of the role of a midwife within primary healthcare frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex clinical situations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience working effectively within teams
