Customer Support Professional

We seek an individual who can provide exceptional service to our Australian and New Zealand customers, ensuring timely and accurate order deliveries.

Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer support through prompt and professional communication.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries related to orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Accounts Receivable, and Commercial Management to address credit and pricing issues.
  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Transport Providers, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order delivery processes.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in enhancing customer-facing processes and assist in backup roles as needed.
Requirements for Success
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, SAP knowledge, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, collaboration, and teamwork.
