About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Audio Visual specialist to join our team as a Senior Audio Visual Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our Audio Visual team, you will play a critical role in coordinating the daily operations and activities of the team while providing backup technical support for desktop issues.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery for AV events, coordinating AV for major client and internal meetings, and handling technical issues to meet the firm's objectives. Your focus will be on building processes for continuous improvement and fostering a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all AV requests for events, client meetings, and ad hoc requests, ensuring equipment is prepared and tested in advance.
  • Collaborate with event teams and stakeholders to determine AV requirements, advise on equipment selection, and configure setups to meet event objectives, and adhere to organisational processes.
  • Oversee scheduling and performance management of the Audio-Visual team.
  • Manage Audio-Visual support related issues and escalations.
  • Monitor and review the Audio-Visual dashboards and tickets, data and analytics for quality and standards.
  • Provide Audio-Visual support related reporting data into weekly and monthly Service Delivery reporting, using these metrics to identify potential service improvements and efficiency opportunities.
  • Coordinate quality and improvement opportunities with our AV support vendor including lodgement of issues/repair requests.
  • As needed, provide backup support for desktop issues, including but not limited to installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $140,000 per annum, plus superannuation, bonus leave and other benefits.
