Empowering Individuals with Disabilities: A Support Professional Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team. This role involves providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to lead lives filled with dignity.
- Foster positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Engage in community activities and encourage clients in daily living tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient, flexible, and nurturing. They will also have a strong commitment to upholding the rights of individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home support and domestic assistance.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as dressing, eating, bathing, toileting, or mobility.
- Enable participation in social activities, recreational pursuits, and community engagements.
Requirements:
- Unrestricted New South Wales driver's license.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using basic technology and software on mobile and desktop platforms.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working with Children Check.
