Role Overview

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare is a leading national information and statistics agency, responsible for publishing over 400 data products annually.

This role leads the newly established Corporate Strategy and Performance Division, comprising three groups: Business, Communications and Publishing; Data Integration and Governance; and Information and Communication Technology.

  • Shape strategies, functions, and capabilities that drive organisational performance in areas including data governance, financial management, audit and risk, human resources, communications, web services, information technology, security, and property management.
  • Identify and lead change, make timely decisions, and communicate direction to all staff, fostering a sense of shared purpose and contribution to our objectives.
