FEC Construction QLD is presently overseeing the final phase of the Queen's Wharf Project, featuring one of Brisbane's tallest skyscrapers.

About the role:

We seek a proactive Administrative Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in our Brisbane office.

This position provides critical administrative support to the project team, contributing to the success of a major development in the city.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing office operations for an efficient workflow
  • Coordinating the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and software
  • Supporting HR initiatives, including onboarding and staff training
  • Coordinating relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Organizing travel arrangements and providing administrative assistance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum two years' experience as an Administrative Manager
  • Previous experience in a construction or design firm (desired)
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work under pressure
