We are seeking an experienced sales leader to lead our regional sales team in South Australia and Western Australia. As a Senior Sales Director, you will drive results, build strategic customer relationships, and shape sales strategy.
About the Role:- Drive results by providing clear direction, defining priorities, and meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
- Plan, organise, and administer the sales region by translating business strategies into clear objectives and tactics.
- Build strategic customer relationships by identifying opportunities and establishing effective relationships with key customers and employees.
- Motivate and influence others by establishing high standards, challenging the team, and acting as a liaison between the sales force and other functions.
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferably within medical devices/healthcare/pharma.
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate and overseas where required.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach with a history of high performance.
- Ability to positively coach sales team and develop a Passion to Win.
- Knowledge of current and emerging industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate, and advocate.

Our estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
