About This Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Senior Strata Manager to join our specialised team in assisting the Director with operational responsibilities while managing a small portfolio of premium buildings.

Duties

  • Operational Leadership: Assisting the Director with proposals, process and practical improvements in Quality Assurance, managing team performance and qualifications, including CPDs, and preparation of management reports (performance and financial).
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Providing high-level Strata Management services to a portfolio.
    • Overseeing assets integrity, including physical, financial, and compliance to industry regulations.
    • Preparing for and attending associated AGMs, Extraordinary General Meetings, and Council meetings when required.
    • Liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors.

Our Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will have experience managing your own Strata portfolio with exposure across the full breadth of Strata Management, along with a solid understanding of the Strata Titles Act.

You will have obtained necessary industry accreditation or be willing to obtain it.

Salary Range: $110k - $120k + super.
