Job Title: Contract and Procurement Professional

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Contract and Procurement Professional to play a key role in the delivery of our flagship projects. You will work closely with project directors, managers, site managers, and engineers to contribute to the success of major projects while developing your career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities
Contract Administration: Oversee construction contracts in line with project goals and compliance requirements.
Procurement Management: Manage budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to manage expectations, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable terms.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed records including variations, progress claims, and contract correspondence.
Tender Process: Assist with the preparation, issuing, and evaluation of tender documents.
Collaboration: Work closely with the broader delivery team to ensure timely and efficient contract administration.
