We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Cyber Security Architect to lead our cyber security operations and drive the delivery of secure, supportable ICT and cyber solutions.
About the RoleThis is a critical cross-functional position that requires strong leadership and technical skills to oversee performance, coaching, career development, and training for our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in strategic leadership, team development, workload governance, quality oversight, process improvement, and business engagement.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective tools, methodologies, and repeatable processes for delivering secure ICT and cyber solutions.
- Collaborate with technical leaders and business units to design and deliver complex solutions.
- Contribute to security incident response by coordinating technical teams and communication channels.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent updates.
- Leadership Experience:
- Demonstrated technical and team leadership in operational, client-facing, and collaborative roles, including within matrixed environments.
- Cyber Security Expertise:
- Practical experience with formal ITIL Configuration, Change, and Release Management processes, including associated reporting.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong commitment to customer service and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Tech Knowledge:
- Experience with relevant technologies and tools for cyber security operations.
