">- Implementing and communicating compensation and rewards programs globally
- Delivering global and local compensation initiatives for all relevant employee groups
- Supporting global rewards processes and conducting compensation analyses
The responsibilities of this role include:
">- Designing and implementing effective compensation strategies
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistent application of compensation practices
- Providing guidance on offers outside standard guidelines
- Governance of local compensation data to align with global standards
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Analytical thinking with strong numerical skills
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Subject matter expertise in market policies and practices
- Ability to analyze market data and recommend updates to compensation-related policies and procedures
