Are you a skilled and analytical professional seeking to make a meaningful impact in the realm of total rewards? We are looking for a seasoned Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our APAC team based in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Analysis:
- Develop compensation structures that align with global job architecture framework, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations using global survey data, providing actionable insights for promotions and compensation adjustments.
- Partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, and mobility, driving business growth and success.
- Analyze pay equity and internal parity to ensure fairness and compliance, maintaining a positive employer brand.
- Support global and regional Total Rewards projects, including policy reviews, audits, and system enhancements, driving continuous improvement.
- Benefits Management:
- Assist in the design, implementation, administration, and communication of employee benefits programs across APAC, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Monitor benefits trends and regulatory changes in key markets, providing expert guidance and support.
- Partner with local brokers and vendors to manage renewals, claims, and service delivery, ensuring seamless operations.
- Support benefits harmonization and integration efforts during M&A or organizational changes, driving business continuity.
- Analytics Projects:
- Develop dashboards and reports to track compensation and benefits metrics, providing data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, HRIS, Finance, and Legal to ensure data accuracy and alignment, driving business success.
- Assist in the preparation of executive-level reporting of key compensation metrics and trends, informing strategic decisions.
