Job Title

Senior Manufacturing Technician


Key Responsibilities
  • Manufacture, repair and maintain prosthetic devices according to prescription specifications.
  • Lead a team of technicians in the silicone manufacturing department.
  • Design, order, manufacture and fit myoelectric prosthetic devices to clients.
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical staff on matters of design, logistics and best practice.
  • Ensure adherence to OHS regulations and house rules.

Requirements
  • Degree or higher qualification in a relevant field such as Orthotics, Prosthetics or Occupational therapy.
  • Minimum five years' experience as a manufacturing technician in the same or a similar role.
  • Documented experience of silicone and myoelectrics manufacturing is essential.
  • Current national criminal history check or willingness to obtain.
