The Opportunity
You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers as a Customer Service Representative in our dynamic National Contact Centre team.
In this fast-paced role, you'll handle inbound calls, respond to emails, and manage web portal enquiries—delivering exceptional service every step of the way.
We're looking for a customer service professional with prior experience and the flexibility to work weekend shifts.
This is a permanent role on a day shift, with a hybrid working roster available once your training is complete.
Roster: Sunday to Thursday
Key Requirements:
- Experience working within a high-volume, dynamic, call centre or customer service environment is highly regarded.
- Availability to work weekend shifts, on a Sunday – Thursday roster.
- Experience processing sales orders will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to direct high-volume inquiries.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Helpful and adaptable approach when understanding customer needs with an ability to navigate and solve complex issues.
- The ability to professionally articulate to internal and external customers.
