About Our Organization:

We specialize in direct marketing through face-to-face fundraising, empowering charities and non-profits to connect with dedicated supporters and create positive change.

The Role:

As a Marketing Professional, you will develop strategic advertising campaigns, identify market opportunities, and drive successful face-to-face sales initiatives. You will utilize your expertise in direct sales to connect with prospective supporters, design tailored campaigns, and advise on strategies to enhance engagement and impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute advertising strategies and campaigns to support our clients' fundraising goals.
  • Advise clients and management on advertising tactics to reach target markets, increase consumer awareness, and promote our partners' missions.
  • Coordinate campaign production, including media placement, artwork, scripting, and budgeting.
  • Analyze consumer patterns and predict current and future trends, leveraging this data to enhance face-to-face sales effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research to identify new demand areas and market characteristics for our services, contributing to growth strategies.
  • Support business development by crafting marketing policies and programs that emphasize face-to-face engagement.
  • Advise on key marketing elements, including product mix, pricing, and distribution, tailored to face-to-face sales settings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred, or a minimum of five years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience and understanding of face-to-face sales is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage potential supporters directly.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with experience working within time and budget constraints.
