Strategic Communications Lead

The key objective of this role is to facilitate effective internal communication across various departments, ensuring a seamless transition in response to organisational changes.

  • Develop and implement strategic communications plans to inform stakeholders about upcoming transformations within the organisation.
  • Embed customer feedback into the organisational culture by contributing to messaging around process improvements.
  • Act as custodians for standards and governance on communication protocols, ensuring timely dissemination of information to relevant teams.
  • Execute and manage the corporate communications strategy for Organisational Effectiveness initiatives.
  • Update the business playbook with domain-specific knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Change Management specialists.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in organisational transformation roles.
  • Specialist experience in executive-level communication strategies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mid-to large-scale transformations, preferably in operational model-related projects, within complex organisational environments.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, driving clarity and meaning in messaging.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Background in change management preferred.
  • Business acumen and technical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Lean and agile methodologies.
