Job Description

We are currently recruiting for various security roles to join our teams in NSW. The successful candidates will work with renowned brands and clients in the retail and commercial sector, offering opportunities for cross-training in multiple areas.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate exceptional security service standards, including conflict resolution and incident reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive patrols to ensure site safety.
  • Perform detailed security checks for risks and breaches.
  • Operate control rooms, including monitoring CCTV.
  • Liaise with customers, clients, and tenants.
  • Support loading dock operations.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid State Security Licence (mandatory).
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate (mandatory).
  • Experience in security roles within retail or commercial environments.
  • Control room experience for Control Room Operators.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to work flexible hours across a 24/7 roster, including weekends and public holidays.
