Job Title: Swim Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our aquatic team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective swimming lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our swim program by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new ideas

Requirements:

  • Current AustSwim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • Blue card
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
