  • We are seeking an experienced Group Fitness Manager to lead our fitness operations and team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving attendance growth in group fitness classes, recruiting, mentoring, and supporting instructors, adapting seasonal timetables, managing instructor invoices, and promoting group fitness on social media.

  2. Drive Attendance Growth: Inspire members to attend group fitness classes and achieve their fitness goals.">
  3. Recruit, Mentor, and Support Instructors: Recruit and mentor instructors to ensure high-quality classes and provide ongoing support.">
  4. Adapt Seasonal Timetables: Adapt timetables to meet the needs of our members and maintain a vibrant community within the club.">
  5. Manage Instructor Invoices: Ensure timely and accurate processing of instructor invoices.">
  6. Promote Group Fitness: Promote group fitness classes and events on social media to showcase our classes and community.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • Experience: 3+ years teaching group fitness with a solid understanding of group dynamics.">
  • Les Mills Certification: Qualified in at least two Les Mills programs.">
  • Team Player: Collaborate closely with the Club Manager and National Group Fitness Manager to ensure seamless operations.">
  • Personable and Member-Focused: Friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills.">
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and stay organized.">
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Excel and ready to learn new systems.">
