Expert Aquatics Instructor Wanted

As a highly skilled Aquatics Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective swimming lessons to students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs. Your exceptional communication skills, coupled with your strong understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) principles, will enable you to work harmoniously with colleagues, management, and students alike.
The ideal candidate will possess a range of key qualifications and skills, including Current First Aid certification, CPR qualification, Blue Card, AustSwim Certificate - Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety, and excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. AUSTSWIM extension certificate is desirable but not essential.
When working as an Aquatics Instructor, you can expect to teach a variety of swimming and water safety lessons, communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and management, and adapt to changing situations with ease. You may also be required to work flexible hours, including afternoons and weekends, demonstrating empathy for the needs of classes and prioritizing their well-being above all else.
