Senior Lighting Team Lead

About the Role:

  • Assume a key leadership position in our Senior Lighting Team.
  • Mentor and guide both core staff and casual crew members.

Your combination of technical expertise and interpersonal skills will ensure successful lighting delivery across various productions and events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead crews during all phases of production.
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence within our venues.

Collaborating closely with technical and creative teams, you'll help realise ambitious artistic visions while fostering a supportive, inclusive team environment.

We're Seeking:
  • A confident and experienced lighting professional who excels in leadership roles.
  • A proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop teams, including casuals and emerging technicians.

You will bring:

  • A Diploma or higher qualification, or equivalent experience in live performance or technical production.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the lighting industry.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in lighting programming, preferably with ETC EOS.
  • Familiarity with lighting design, automated lighting, and control systems.
